With the preview launch of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI, one unexpected improvement is the ability to enhance tooltips. Whether you would like to add an image, formatted text, a table, or a list; you have a few different options to enhance your tooltip with HTML.
One of the nice features of the ArcGIS visual is that you can add a reference layer that sits on top of your basemap but below your data. The ability to search means that you can provide your own custom reference layers simply by creating and sharing them first in ArcGIS Online.
